Daily Cleaning
For routine cleaning, sweep or vacuum to remove loose dirt and debris. Clean with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners or tools that may scratch the surface.
Stain Removal
Most stains can be removed with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn marks, use a specialist tile cleaner. Always test cleaning products on an inconspicuous area first.
Grout Care
Keep grout lines clean with regular maintenance. We recommend sealing grout after installation for enhanced protection and easier cleaning.
Note:
Avoid using acidic cleaners (vinegar, lemon juice) or bleach-based products as these may damage the surface over time.

We strongly recommend hiring a professional tiler for best results. Proper surface preparation and installation techniques are essential for the longevity and appearance of your tiles.
Surface Preparation
Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, flat, and structurally sound. Any irregularities should be leveled before installation. Prime porous surfaces before applying adhesive.
Adhesive & Grout
Use a high-quality flexible tile adhesive suitable for porcelain. For grout, we recommend a water-resistant, flexible grout with a width appropriate to your tile size (typically 2-3mm for large format tiles).
Important Considerations
- Allow adhesive to cure for 24-48 hours before grouting
- Leave expansion joints around the perimeter and at doorways
- Order 10% extra tiles to account for cuts and breakages
- Mix tiles from different boxes to blend any shade variation
